Group training is an alternative way to obtain focused training in a group setting. The classes are kept small in order for the individual to benefit from personal feedback and coaching from the instructor. Group training classes are an enjoyable way to challenge the body at an affordable cost alongside others who have similar health and fitness goals.
FitLife Colorado has three levels of group training classes. All of our classes combine functional movements utilizing free-standing equipment such as bands, balls, free-weights, and TRX suspension trainers. Our classes are designed to help get you moving and begin living a healthier lifestyle in a fun and affordable way.

We are always looking to add additional times and classes to our schedule. We generally start new classes with specific specializations or under new times when we have 5 or more people interested in a class. If our current schedule does not work with your availabilty please let us know what time you prefer to train and what types of classes you are looking for so we can launch new classes upon enough requests.
