From previous experience and education, as trainers, we have recognized maintaining a healthy diet is the most difficult challenge for the majority of individuals when reaching fitness goals. Staying healthy and being active is a lifestyle, not a simple diet which may last a few months. Our goal as trainers is to hold clients accountable for lifestyle decisions and offer the support needed to make these goals come to life.
